Success with Foot Injuries

Linda was walking her dog, who suddenly took off and pulled her down the final two stairs of her stairway. She injured her foot badly, and it gave her constant trouble. Staying off the foot would help, but as soon as she tried to regain her normal activities, the pain would come back. She could manage to function, but in only a limited way.
