Success with Fatigue

If you are reading this you are looking for better choices when it comes to your healthcare. I'd like to share my experience with Natural Health Solutions. 

I have always thought of myself as a healthy person. Other than being bothered by mild psoriasis and occasional seasonal allergies, I have always considered myself well. About a year ago, my health took a turn for the worse. I had repeated strep infections and my psoriasis spread out of control with new breakouts covering my arms, legs and torso. I had also become very lethargic and getting out of bed was challenging. I was desperate to find a find a way to regain my health.

Traditional doctors had suggested that I undergo surgery to remove my tonsils and start taking systemic drugs to suppress my immune system to help the psoriasis clear (not to mention the risks of side effects like destroying liver function and costs of $1200+ month not covered by insurance). To me, that did NOT sound like a cure. It sounded like a plan to completely destroy my health rather than restore it.

I began searching for a good alternative care practitioner. I had visited a chiropractor who told me my health issues were likely the result of food allergies. I had read that that was a possibility, but I dismissed it because I never experienced symptoms typically associated with food allergies. I altered my diet and saw some improvement, but I definitely was not getting well.

Not long after, I met Debra MacIntyre (a naturopath) and the Natural Health Solutions staff at a health expo. After my free consultation and learning more about NAET and naturopathy, I was anxious to try this treatment. Using kinesiology testing (checking to see if exposure to a substance caused a muscle weakening in my body), we learned that I had numerous allergies and sensitivities. I've only had 12 NAET treatments and my health has already improved dramatically. I can now get out of bed in the morning without that "I've been run over by a truck" feeling and my skin has cleared up dramatically. Debra was the first health professional I have ever visited who took ALL of my symptoms seriously. I am continuing my treatment at Natural Health Solutions and am looking forward to gaining greater health.
